Business Development Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish)
Job Description
The Business Development Specialist acts as a liaison between our Member Outreach Representatives and our Member Enrollment Specialists. Your role will be to seek new Gloria Gates CARE members by contacting and developing relationships with potential businesses and their employees.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with outreach marketing efforts, fulfilling quotas, and/or telemarketing experience for the healthcare industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey compassion for others is a must. You will also be responsible for CRM data entry and must ensure proper follow-up procedures. Must be motivated, results-driven, and flexible enough to change direction quickly.

Responsibilities
Contact potential members through calls and emails.
Data entry of confidential information in CRM.
Identify potential member needs.
Present the benefits of being a member of Gloria Gates CARE.
Set up appointments between businesses and Member Outreach Representatives.
Stay up to date with new healthcare offerings.
Report to the Outreach Manager weekly.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Outreach Account Executive or similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple outreach techniques (including cold calls).
Track record of achieving membership quotas.
Experience with CRM software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Experience in relevant field.
